Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the specific
needs of our clients in the Financial Services Industry.
 Lead and guide technical teams in the successful implementation of D365 solutions,
ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
 Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and
other technical teams, to define and clarify technical requirements and the scope of work.
 Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire
project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation
support.
 Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and
Dynamics 365, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and
features to enhance our solutions.
 Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and
Dynamics 365, providing training and mentorship to junior team members as needed
