Location: Hybrid/Maidstone, Kent

Hours: 36 per week                                   

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025

We have an amazing opportunity for an Available Homes Officer to join our team in Kent immediately! As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Clarion's homes from the moment they become empty until they are successfully and quickly let.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues to ensure that properties are ready to let quickly, minimising any loss of rental income. We're looking for someone who is organized, experienced, and able to thrive in a busy, performance-focused environment.

In this role, you'll lead allocations within your region and manage the end of the tenancy process, including arranging viewings and preparing the tenancy agreement.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Choice Based Lettings systems, Allocations, and the use of Local Lettings plans, as well as a working knowledge of Housing Legislation, Regulations, and best practices.
