Graduate Software Quality Automation Engineer

Description -

Join HP's automation team and contribute to the establishment of a robust automation architecture by applying software engineering best practices. In this role, you will work on developing a reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation framework, helping to streamline software development processes and reduce human error. Your work will have a direct impact on resource utilization and software production efficiency at HP.

Responsibilities

- Framework Familiarization: Collaborate with the automation team to gain a deep understanding of the automation framework and stay updated on the latest tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Azure Pipelines, Ansible, and Postman.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess the performance and effectiveness of automation solutions, providing feedback and recommendations to developers and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

- Automation Design and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for various systems and processes, ensuring they meet the required standards and objectives.

- Troubleshooting and Documentation: Perform troubleshooting of automation systems, documenting and reporting results to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to support and enhance the software development process, ensuring that automation efforts are aligned with overall project needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

- Programming Skills: Experience with Python and JavaScript is a plus, enabling you to contribute to the coding aspects of automation solutions.
