About the Team

Our Corporate Sales Development team is looking for a new colleague to join us in Berlin! We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure to working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.

Our team are trusted partners of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business.

As a Corporate Sales Development Representative, you will leverage information about the market and our solutions to create sales opportunities for Workday. In partnership with other colleagues inside of Workday, you will identify and develop these conversations and work closely with Account Executives in your area of focus.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in German & English

  • Interest in launching a career in sales including: prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, and direct sales.

  • Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter

  • Keen communication skills

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Other Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
