Join the Gorgias Tech Recruiting Team, a dynamic group of 3 senior tech recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Manager, focused on hiring top talent for product and engineering roles across Europe and beyond. We’re passionate about building a team that shapes the future of our company, and we’re looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale.

What you'll do

• Open Roles in ATS: Configure job postings in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including email templates, feedback forms, and interview automation.

• Interview Scheduling: Seamlessly coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.

• Candidate Preparation: Provide candidates with detailed information and resources to help them feel confident and well-prepared for interviews.

• Provide Exceptional Candidate Experience: Be a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring they feel valued and informed every step of the way.

• Reference Checks: Organize and coordinate reference calls as requested by the recruiter, depending on the role’s level.
