Lennar is looking for a Financial Analyst with an understanding of finance and the ability to manage relationships working as a liaison with internal and external professionals.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

• Work with Teams to manage and track deal flow with internal and external parties.
• Manage ongoing operating initiatives related to strategic financing initiatives.
• Ability to perform ongoing asset management capabilities at a nationwide level.
• Strong understanding of finance with the ability to anticipate the direction financial metrics will move with change in assumptions or inputs.
• Pipeline tracking and management.
• Assist with monthly Actual vs Budget reporting and analysis.
• Assist with forecast modeling.
• Assist with other projects as required.
• Discreet handling of confidential information including salaries and contract terms.
• Identify gaps and or redundancies in processes and initiate improvements in alignment with the team.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external professionals
• Real Estate or finance industry experience preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred emphasis in accounting, finance or real estate

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
