We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing Sales organization as a Fraud Technical Sales Consultant reporting directly to the VP of Existing Business Sales.
In this role, you’ll combine deep expertise in fraud prevention—including behavioral biometrics and device intelligence—with technical sales excellence to drive new business development and expand existing relationships within the Financial Services sector.
As a key contributor, you will collaborate across Sales, Partner Experts, Onboarding, and Product Management teams to uncover client pain points, ensure product alignment, and deliver solutions that exceed business decision-maker expectations. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of our product suite and the technical requirements for seamless implementation and sustained client value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to uncover client needs and build trusted relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and technical workshops; present integration requirements and collaborate on solution design.
Scope and document technical solutions; define Proof of Concepts with success criteria and guide delivery teams.
Stay ahead of fraud and financial crime trends; contribute competitor insights and provide thought leadership internally and externally.
5+ years senior-level experience in fraud management at a large bank OR pre-sales consulting in fraud/financial crime technology, with strong technical awareness (OS, cloud platforms, APIs, data formats, databases) and deep understanding of compliance/regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Technical proficiency in cloud computing, APIs, and data integration.
Expertise in fraud prevention and financial crime risk solutions.
Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and AI-driven solutions.
Location
This position can be located in Toronto, St. John's, New York, or Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $98,100 - $163,500.
