Sustainability Analyst

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. This position requires a thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and applications in a concrete organizational context.
As a Sustainability Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Building knowledge of data collection, management, or analysis for Sustainability (ESG) reporting, presentations, survey responses, RFP responses, grants, award applications, regulatory disclosures and verifications.
Participating on cross-functional working groups and facilitate stakeholder understanding of the risks, impacts and applicability of new rules & frameworks (including SEC, TCFD)
Supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional projects/programs to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables
Maintaining project schedule and critical control points on major milestones and task completion dates
Performing regular tracking and reporting on progress status, including results
Maintaining project-level analytics/dashboards and collaboration space – ensuring optimal organization and structure while providing leadership visibility
Collaborating with key stakeholders and team leads to anticipate critical roadblocks and mitigate issues, potentially proposing solutions where apt
Monitoring project financials/budgets and executing on invoicing/payment requests
Implementing continuous process improvement, by developing and suggesting enhancements while maintaining productivity and efficiency
Providing staff support and coordination, as requested by team lead

To be successful in your role, you should bring the following to the table:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).
Have experience working on projects, developing standardized processes, and improving efficiency and operations
Have experience working with interdisciplinary teams and varied stakeholders
Have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Have ability to work collaboratively in a global, diverse team
Have ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Have strong oral and written communication skills
Have excellent skills working with Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Have experience with sustainability or ESG topics (structured training and development will be provided to build a working subject matter knowledge)
Have experience with project management and/or reporting
Have experience with change management is a plus
