Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke's Allen County Regional Hospital and Anderson County Hospital is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, hire, discipline and make managerial decisions over Facilities department. 

The Work: 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervise, hire, discipline and make managerial decisions over Facilities plant operators, Maintenance technicians, and Lead Facilities Maintenance Rep.
  • Responsible for the Electrical Systems for the main campus building and satellite clinics.
  • Responsible to manage the Nurse Call Systems and Fire Alarm Systems and to coordinate material deliveries and contractor functions for accurate and timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years' experience in lieu of required. Must have CHFM certification or a reasonable expectation to be able to complete the requirements within 2 years.
