About the Role

Report to: Head of Sale Alpha cum Performance & Productivity
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Agency Distribution | Department: Alpha Business Development
Role: Individual Contributor

Position Objective:
We are looking for Alpha Performance & Productivity, Lead who is responsible for
- Contribute to design & develop and directly implement new initiatives/activities to boost/increase sales productivity for Alpha from conceptual stage to reporting & tracking stage.
- Follow up and evaluate the projects until successfully transferred.
- Deal and set up partnerships to build an eco-system for increasing effectiveness of sales and recruitment activities for agency and exchange channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing the short-term plan / initiatives / goals to drive to the targeted performance and productivity of Alpha channel, which includes, but not limited to the following areas:

- Contribute to designing, developing and directly implement new initiatives/ activities, modify/ adjust and complete the detailed project/campaign framework as well as innovative operational procedures to support sales force of Alpha channel and deliver sales & recruitment results:
o Sales and recruitment activities such as lead generation, COP, sales seminars.
o Training for different forces to improve capability
o Supervision of activity management
- Make sure that in all the on-the-ground activities with Alpha he/she can align the company’s themes into practical, actionable and easy-to-remember framework base on local culture and practice of Alpha channel.

  • Lead and influence BDM/AT/KF and co-ordinate closely with SH to implement change projects successfully, with proper tracking and evaluation.

  • Provide guidance, coaching & transferring of the know-how for involved parties of BAU (BDM/AT/KF) to effectively conduct important sales seminar, VIP customer seminars, motivation talks, etc.

  • Demonstrate and implement through different campaigns a clear and compelling consumer value proposition for Alpha channel to enhance its competitiveness in the market.

  • Review, update and manage all guidelines/processes to ensure there are efficient workflows as well as cooperation among related stakeholders


Job Requirements:

  • Education: University degree

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in training (regional training manager experiences is preferable), project management, QA, sales, preferably in insurance industry.

  • Knowledge and experience of salesforce, channel marketing and operational structure of agency

  • Ability to generate new program ideas, new initiatives and innovative approaches

  • Advanced training skill

  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior managers within and outside the company

  • Excellent presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills
