Job Summary:

The Master Production Scheduler leads a team of schedulers and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the production schedule (S&OP process) and customer service relationship. The role ensures production runs smoothly, efficiently, meets quality standards and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and solve scheduling problems; recommend ways to improve the process.
  • Work with other departments to fix product issues and meet customer and business needs.
  • Manage complex production schedules, considering factors like worker capacity, inventory, machine downtime, and product quality.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Engineering or Administration or International business.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Master´s degree and/or CPMI certification is desirable.

  • Decision Making & Critical Thinking: Utilizes analytical techniques to gather data, prioritize concerns, and evaluate risks for informed decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates clearly and respectfully while using constructive feedback and active listening to drive team improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnoses issues through fact-finding tools and stakeholder perspectives to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Manages essential information to develop and follow SOPs that ensure consistent and efficient daily operations.

Additional information:

  • This position will be in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo Leon
  • This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
  • Requires working weekends, based on business continuity needs.

  • Domestic relocation assistance is not available for this position.
