We are now looking for an Principal Consultant to join our Intapp Services Team and with a focus upon our Time products.  This is an opportunity for an articulate, highly disciplined individual with demonstrated consulting experience looking to leverage their experience to deliver best in class software, functional and business consulting to some of the most complex clients in the world.

What you will do:

As a Principal Consultant, you will be working within the team to ensure successful delivery of projects. You will:

• Participate as the Functional Lead of a project team during the product/platform implementation.

• Execute business process analysis, evaluation, and design efforts in order to develop a solution that aligns the customer’s operational and strategic goals, and resolves challenges, through the implementation, development, and configuration of Intapp software.

• Produce organized, detailed, but easily consumed design documentation for purposes of capturing and conveying design/development/configuration of Intapp software.

• Support project Technical Lead in the implementation of the customer’s design.

• Deliver product/platform training to customers on the developed and configured solution(s).

• Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer whilst supporting them through their change management journey.

• Support other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product, and more.

• Create and maintain centralized implementation and training support collateral for use throughout implementation teams.

What you will need:

• At least three years’ experience in a consultant or business analyst role, ideally working with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.

• Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projects

• Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills

• Personable and collaborative

• Demonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments

• Comfortable working independently

• Objective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targets
