The Executive Vice President of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing and strategically directing all aspects of our property management division. This role requires a visionary leader who can optimize operational efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of managed properties.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow the property management business
  • Set and achieve ambitious goals for portfolio expansion, financial performance, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other executive team members to align property management initiatives with overall company objectives

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead high-level client negotiations and conflict resolutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the property management portfolio

Financial Performance:

  • Drive financial growth and profitability of the property management division
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and revenue-enhancing strategies

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property management professionals
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit and retain top talent in the industry

Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the property management division

Risk Management:

  • Develop and oversee risk management strategies for the property portfolio
  • Ensure proper insurance coverage and compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage crisis situations and implement effective resolution strategies

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial property management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, diverse property portfolios
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
  • Professional designations such as CPM, RPA, or BOMA Fellow are highly desirable
