Position Summary

The Retail Pharmacy Growth and Omnichannel Division is at the heart of that vision, with the mission to transform the pharmacy business and enable a sustainable portfolio of patient-centered services that achieve population health goals for clients and/or the CVS Health enterprise. The Patient Engagement and Experience Team (PEx) is responsible for advancing patient experience, unlocking new engagement tactics, and incubating new lines of business within the portfolio.
As Manager, New Products & Services Implementation, you will play a critical role on Team PEx in incubating new CVS lines of business by executing and coordinating key workstreams across a large group of stakeholders within Retail Pharmacy. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will bring new products and lines of business to life with a customer-first approach. You will join a diverse team of innovative, strategic colleagues who are passionate about transforming healthcare and delivering customer-centric experiences, while also driving growth at an accelerated pace.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
