About the Role

  • Implement global and national Brand Environment (BE) guidelines and seasonal concepts across assigned stores, adapting them to local market needs & stock availability while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Execute Brand Environment directives and strategies to ensure a best-in-class in-store customer experience.
  • Partner closely with the Regional BE Lead to plan and deliver all visual merchandising initiatives across the region.
  • Implement seasonal and monthly visual merchandising directives and coordinate with Retail Merchants to ensure timely assortment availability.
  • Provide visual merchandising training and coaching to Store Managers and Stylists to build execution capability and reinforce brand standards.
  • Review and communicate store opening plans and provide VM floor set guidelines to Retail Operations for flawless execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising execution, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of windows, fixtures, graphics, and other Brand Environment components.
  • Monitor store presentation standards to improve display productivity, product visibility, and sell-through performance.
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality execution of campaigns, seasonal launches, and Brand Environment initiatives across the region.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution across all stores.
  • Build collaborative relationships with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless execution.
  • Support cost-effective execution of initiatives to manage Brand Environment budgets.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80%) to support store execution and compliance.

About You

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of Brand Environment principles, retail operations, store planning, and visual merchandising concepts.
  • Experience implementing seasonal campaigns and visual merchandising standards across multiple retail locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & graphic software is preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and influence retail teams to consistently deliver brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work effectively across diverse markets and cultures.
