Job Description:

Pharmacists process prescription orders for outpatients, monitor patient drug therapies, and provide drug information and patient education. Pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager. Must be patient-focused, team-oriented and have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education ▪ Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy ▪ Preferred: Doctor of Pharmacy Experience ▪ Preferred: Post-graduate Pharmacy Residency Training Skills ▪ Proficient in using computers and computer systems such as excel, word, and power point ▪ Good verbal and written communication skills ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams Licensure/Certification/Registration ▪ Licensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and obtains licensure within 90 days of hire. ▪ **Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire**
