What success looks like in this role:

The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment.

• Experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting of equipment.

• Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices.

• Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.

• Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.

• Ability to work in Rotational Shifts.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties.

• Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance, airport equipment, kiosks, bag-drop.

• Ability to successfully complete a Police Check and Aus Check requirements needed to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).

• A Valid Driver's License is required.
