Summary: As a Solution Architect, you will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. You will work closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to the development team and ensuring the successful implementation of the solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the solution design process and ensure alignment with business requirements. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems and translate them into solution designs. - Develop and maintain the overall solution blueprint and roadmap. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the successful implementation of the solution. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the solution architecture. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in conducting architecture reviews and assessments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A University degree from a reputed institution is required, an MBA from leading institutes will be an added advantage.
