Job Summary:
As a Payer Support Specialist, you will serve as our customers' primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities include assisting payers with processing payments, system registration, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in English and Spanish. Additionally, you will support the Tier I Payer Support team, conduct daily audits, and manage payer questions via email. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience for our payers.
The working hours for this role will be between the hours of 8 AM ET – 5 PM ET.
