About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Unit Manager to lead and develop our HPE business in Poland. You will be responsible for driving business growth across the HPE portfolio, with a strong focus on Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and Networking solutions.
 

Working closely with vendors, partners, customers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in expanding TD SYNNEX’s presence within the Polish market while strengthening strategic relationships across the local IT channel ecosystem.
 

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the HPE business strategy to drive growth and market share in Poland.

• Build and strengthen relationships with HPE, partners, and key customers.

• Drive business development initiatives across Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and Networking solutions.

• Lead and develop the local team, providing commercial direction and support.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business plans.

• Identify new business opportunities and support enterprise-level projects across the Polish market.
   

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the IT industry.

• Strong knowledge of the Polish IT market and channel ecosystem.

• Experience working with vendors, distributors, or system integrators.

• Exposure to technologies such as HPE, Juniper, Cisco, Dell Technologies, or Lenovo.

• Previous team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop people.

• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in Polish and English.
