Director Implementation

Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

AmeriBen is a proud member of the Elevance Health family of companies. We are a third-party administrator (TPA) of medical benefits, also providing medical management, human resource consulting and retirement benefits administration services.

The Director Implementation will be responsible for directing a multi-discipline team in the National implementation process for new and renewal accounts, including account set-up, administration, and membership and billing.

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensures completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines within Anthem to guarantee timely and accurate implementation of our customers' benefit plans Directs multi-discipline team for all regions
  • Directs membership team in processing enrollment of new members, updates to membership, and premium billing Directs analysis of system capabilities and production support
  • Establishes and executes best practices and controls to ensure optimal performance on all procedures, files, and interfaces
  • Coordinates communication with all disciplines and customers, vendors, and consultants
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS degree and a minimum of 7 years related experience along with comprehensive of health care benefits; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Master's degree preferred
  • PMP or project management certification is preferred
