The Role
As a Principal Quality Engineer (QE), you will be part of an agile squad, working closely with another QE and cross-functional team members to ensure quality is deeply embedded in every stage of the development lifecycle. You will take ownership of the squad’s automation strategy, champion best practices, and deliver high-impact, fully automated test solutions that support rapid, reliable delivery and act as a mentor for junior QE members of the squad.
Beyond your squad, you will partner with your peers across the global quality engineering space for your domain, influencing quality engineering practices, and driving initiatives that raise the bar for test automation, tooling, and continuous quality. You will collaborate with the quality leadership team to explore and validate new technologies, lead technical initiatives, and help shape the future of quality engineering within the organization.
