Looking for a role where your insights matter? As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll partner with sales teams to streamline processes, resolve policy issues, and create tools that boost efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Support the TR Sales Organization by delivering timely, accurate operational reporting and actionable insights to drive effectiveness across renewals and customer success.

  • Partner closely with Commercial Excellence and Finance to streamline and provide dependable data throughout the sales process.

  • Develop and deliver reporting insights aligned with Commercial Excellence and broader sales objectives.

  • Leverage tools such as Alteryx, Oracle, and others to aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources, creating efficient data lakes.

  • Build dynamic, user-friendly tools and executive-level reports that are accurate, visually appealing, and easy to digest.

  • Identify trends, future reporting needs, and opportunities to simplify and consolidate key data elements.

  • Conduct deep dives and statistical analysis to uncover trends, risks, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate with sales operations and finance to execute reporting requirements and support Commercial Excellence initiatives.

  • Analyze data and metrics to tell a compelling story that drives strategic decisions and sales actions.

  • Proactively spot trends, question data, and provide diagnostics to sales leadership.

  • Support other Commercial Excellence projects as required.

About You:

  • 4 years' experience in business or financial, data analyst, data scientist roles with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of TR product and customer landscape to enable balanced tradeoffs between standardization and customization across segments.

  • Advanced level skills in the following systems: Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, MS Powerpoint, Power BI.

  • Knowledge of Gainsight application and Oracle.

  • Proven ability to take complex and disparate data sets and create streamlined and efficient data lakes with connected and routinized cadence.

  • Technical aptitude including knowledge of salesforce.com

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to team with partners from various business units.

  • Superior diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Past experience with problem solving and communicating with sales channels, customers, and internal management.

  • Ability to be flexible with working hours to support ever changing demands of the business.
