The Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our Dublin site. This is a key role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will play a critical role in sourcing top talent, enhancing candidate experience, while ensuring alignment with Moog’s values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
    • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices
    • Manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process
  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
    • Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using Workday
    • Ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity within the system
    • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout
    • Prepare weekly reports to ensure the recruitment processes are on track
  • Direct Sourcing
    • Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, talent pools, networking)
    • Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles

About You

  • Full Drive licence (The location is only accessible by car)
  • Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
