As a member of the WDI Business Transformation team, the Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for performing research, analytics, and data visualization to help drive strategic decision-making for the business. Supporting global business operations and project delivery, you will partner with multidisciplinary Imagineers across various levels to help identify, prioritize, value, and execute against transformational initiatives within different lines of business. Because this role supports complex projects that bring together cross-functional teams and partners throughout WDI, the ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic or ambiguous environments, excel in data-driven storytelling, and balance advanced analytical skills with effective collaboration to deliver transformative results. You will report to the Manager, Business Transformation.

You Will:

• Perform research and analysis to solve practical business problems and drive transformative results

• Create dashboards and other data visualization tools to advance business operations

• Conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to optimize existing business processes

• Leverage technical proficiencies to synthesize complex data sets into succinct narratives that inform business decisions

• Influence cross-functional partners at various levels through strong collaboration

• Push boundaries, champion change, and foster effective thought partnership across the organization

• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with leaders at various levels and provide succinct, informative report-outs

You Will Have:

• 5+ years of related experience

• Demonstrated technical proficiencies in Excel and exceptional analytical skills

• Proven track record for analyzing and visualizing large-scale, complex sets of data to extract meaningful insights

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with cross-functional partners

• Seasoned project management skills and organization to track deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with data processing (e.g., Python, SQL, Snowflake) visualization (e.g., Tableau), and automation (e.g., Power Automate, RPA’s)

• Prior working experience within Walt Disney Imagineering and / or other project- based businesses in the industry

• Strength in graphical user interface design

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
