The opportunity:

The purpose of this role is to lead operational excellence across group schemes supporting the Corporate Solutions Coordinators and ensuring delivery of a seamless end-to-end customer experience. This role also drives team capability through training, performance oversight, and process improvement, while acting as a senior escalation point for complex queries and operational challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Portfolio Administration
- Manage and administer AIA’s Corporate Solutions group schemes to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- Monitor account activity and proactively address operational needs or issues.

Stakeholder Engagement & Escalation Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers, third-party administrators, and internal teams acting as a primary point of contact.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex queries and operational issues, supporting both the team and external stakeholders. Team Capability & Training
- Lead the training and upskilling of Corporate Solutions Coordinators, including development of training plans, skills matrices, and identification of knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with the Technical Specialist and Distribution QA team to ensure team competency and alignment with operational standards. Risk

Management, Continuous Improvement & Project Support
- Ensure accurate record keeping and support risk investigations in collaboration with the Manager, Corporate Solutions and Technical Support.
- Support project initiatives and ensure alignment of team processes with business requirements.
- Contribute to process, product, and service enhancements in collaboration with the wider team and Business Development Managers.
