- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational strategy.
- Document and communicate process improvements and changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in creating comprehensive documentation that supports process implementation.
- Ability to engage with business users to gather and translate requirements into actionable use cases.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
