Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Asset & Configuration Management Engineer (L2) to support and maintain CMDB and IT Asset Management processes. This role focuses on operational support, data quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules

• Perform CI lifecycle management and data validation

• Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and reconciliation activities

• Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and configuration issues

• Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Work closely with ITSM and infrastructure teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management

• Strong understanding of CI relationships, data models, and lifecycle

• Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping

• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes

• ServiceNow CSA or CMDB certification is a plus
