The role of Business Analyst involves analyzing organizations and designing their processes and systems, with particular focus on assessing business models and their integration with technology. The Business Analyst is responsible for assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solutions. Core activities include researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to support organizational improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Must-have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis across different platform but preference on Microsoft platform
-Minimum Experience: 7.5 years in Business Requirements Analysis
-Education: 15 years of full-time education
-Additional Experience: 6+ years as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects
-Technical Proficiency: Experience with business process modeling, workflow automation, and agile methodologies
-Documentation: Skilled in writing user stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
-Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro
-Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement
-Communication: Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences
-Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
-Modeling Techniques: Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end business analysis process from discovery to delivery for complex product features
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback workflows
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Support the design and optimization of workflows using tools such as Camunda or n8n
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and validation of features against business goals and objectives
Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement
Drive UAT planning, execution, and validation of features in alignment with business objectives
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
