We are seeking an experienced, strong, and independent Lead / Senior Software Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations and development across multiple teams. This role will involve taking ownership of complex development tasks, leading projects from start to finish, and providing technical mentorship to the team. You will be responsible for solution architecture, complex coding, hosting management, live deployments, and code reviews. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for development and support, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a broad technical background and a proven ability to manage and execute complex projects across a variety of technologies and platforms.
