As a NAND Technology Integration (NTI) Program Manager, you will work with Technology Development (TD), Non Volatile Engg (NVEG), High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Fabs, and other stakeholders to drive best in class operational performance and enable our HVM site partners. 

You will be in an Individual Contributor (IC) role with no direct reports- maybe room to expand in the future to have a few direct reports; however, you will play a key role in establishing and managing multiple programs within the department as well as across departments to meet our changing business requirements.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with the world’s Best NAND TD team in a role that is highly Collaborative and requires a great deal of Customer Focus; continuous improvement and an Innovative growth mindset are required to achieve desired results. 

Responsibilities:

  • Sets clear objectives for your function:
    • Alignment on critical projects in NTI supporting overall TD goals
    • Execution of these projects, timely delivery of results
    • Development and execution of roadmap in support of TD roadmap.
    • Participation in execution of Process R&D and TD strategy.
    • Enable areas to meet program objectives efficiently.
    • Bring in inputs from partners for constant improvement of business process
    • Strong engagement with program managers in PD and HVM
  • Yield Curves and Wafer Starts ownership
    • Collate inputs from PI teams and be the central repository for yield curve changes with clear documentation and communicate to our NVEG partners
    • Consolidate and work with TD planning teams in ensuring all wafer start requirements from NTI teams are appropriately captured in the business process
  • TECHNODE business process
    • Organize TECHNODE milestone gate reviews for SVC, MSC, VME including all required pre reviews – maintain all historical perspectives handy for reference
    • Organization documentation of the reviews (for audit clarity) and ensure actions generated are followed up
    • Primary interface to audit teams for NTI activities in ensuring a smooth audit
    • Setup governance for IMI, DMI business processes with the CMOS team
  • Department operations
    • Ensure monthly program reviews (L1 L2 review) are scheduled and reviewed before monthly metrics meetings with senior exec
    • Provide visibility on RAM and YT capital and budgeting process reviews ahead of time and provide clarity on budget approval status
    • Co-ordinator to setup up process yield summits, agenda, OCM, including physically running the summit and enable the technology teams.
    • Setup and manage quarterly department meetings and bi weekly/weekly staff meetings and any other ad hoc department level meetings
    • Staying involved in achievement of strategic and/or organizational objectives (Job Rotation Program, Headcount modeling and management, work force development, executive support, etc.).
  • Project Management/Planning
    • Ensure effective rollout and adoption of projects/programs with proactive communication to all stakeholders
    • Apply project management principles to deliver results that satisfy project/program objectives, are on-time, in-scope and within budget and resource requirements
    • Consult project stakeholders/sponsors on project status, constraints, and mitigating measures
    • Coordinate the integration and alignment of program activities across multiple areas/shifts
    • Proactively define and publish schedules, templates and other guides to help meeting and general team effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead small and large teams of diverse stakeholders across different geographical regions.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate actions for team members that do not report to you are critical to enable success.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop high level of credibility and forge solid professional relationships with all levels within the organization
  • Experienced with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
  • Flexible work schedule to enable collaboration with global partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Education and Experience:

  • B.S. or above in science-related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
  • Previous experience as people leader preferred.
