As an Associate Director on our Investments team, you will work closely with senior leadership across the business, serving as a key member of the group responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating Credigy’s investments. Focusing on both principal acquisitions and structured finance transactions, you will be responsible for leading transaction teams and making a significant contribution to investment efforts at Credigy. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
In addition to executing on the responsibilities outlined for your role, it is a key expectation of ours that you manage, develop and coach other employees assigned to your deals, whether they report to you or someone else, as this is vital to the development of our deal teams.
