What’s involved in the Mechanic Journeyman role:
•    Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on machines and equipment.
•    Monitor day to day operations, prioritize work orders as needed, and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
•    Drive innovation and continuous improvement, utilizing your skills, observations, and participation.
•    Provide an elevated level of customer service through a proactive approach to daily plant problems and issues.
•    Ensure all maintenance work is conducted within Safety, Food Safety, and Product Quality fundamental requirements.

What you need to join our team:
•   Journeyman Electrician millwright or wielder

•  4th class power engineer certification (asset/preferred)

•    Available to work flexible shifts and hours including evening and weekend shifts
•    Experience in food processing/manufacturing industry (asset/preferred)
•    Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member.
•    Excellent oral and written English (asset/preferred)
•    Physically fit with a good attendance record and personal safety record.
•    Recruitment screening will include a criminal record check, psychometric evaluation, pre-employment medical and reference checks as well as education verification.
