Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP and semiconductor manufacturing environments, exposure to SAP implementation, rollout or support activities (CO, PS, PP, SD, or MDM preferred)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical) or Finance/Accounting (CA, CWA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Semiconductor Manufacturing Digital Process Transformation Analyst to support ERP-led manufacturing transformation programs across semiconductor materials, fabrication, equipment and OSAT environments.

This role is execution-focused, supporting senior consultants and managers in delivering SAP S/4HANA enabled transformation initiatives. The analyst will assist in digitizing and improving manufacturing, costing, engineering, commercial, and project execution processes, while developing strong functional and domain expertise in semiconductor manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support ERP-driven manufacturing and engineering transformation initiatives for semiconductor and high-tech clients.
  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA functional design across manufacturing-centric domains, including:
  • Production Planning (PP) for fab, assembly, test and materials manufacturing
  • Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) for manufacturing cost flows, CapEx programs and engineering projects
  • Support semiconductor manufacturing digital transformation projects through analysis, documentation, and delivery support.
  • Assist in process and system analysis across ERP (SAP) and manufacturing platforms (MES, SPC, execution systems).
  • Contribute to as-is / to-be process mapping, system flow documentation and requirements documentation.
  • Support manufacturing system integrations, including ERP–MES interfaces and basic equipment connectivity use cases.
  • Assist in data validation, testing activities and defect tracking during SIT and UAT phases.
  • Prepare project deliverables such as analysis decks, process maps, functional documentation, and trackers.
  • Support stakeholder discussions and workshops by preparing materials and capturing outputs.
  • Assist in project coordination tasks, including timeline tracking, issue logs and action items.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering and IT.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge assets and research related to semiconductor manufacturing and digital transformation.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Core SAP & digital skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Profit Center Accounting) and FI integration.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of SAP PS, including project structuring, budgeting, execution tracking, and settlement.
  • Exposure to SAP PP for manufacturing planning and execution alignment.
  • Familiarity with SD, CS, and SD with Vistex in industrial or semiconductor contexts.
  • Understanding of SAP Master Data concepts across manufacturing and finance.

Semiconductor & Manufacturing Domain Skills

  • Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing flows, including materials processing, wafer fab, test & assembly, OSAT subcontracting, and multi-step BOM costing.
  • Understanding of engineering change impacts, yield management, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost drivers.
  • Familiarity with MES, APS, equipment integration, and traceability systems is a strong advantage.

Delivery skills

  • Ability to analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare documentation: functional specs, technical specs, process maps, test scripts, user guides.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement and IT.
  • Deliver user training and adoption support.
  • Contribute to thought leadership (white papers, case studies, industry insights).
