Position Summary

The Digital Print & Mailroom Operator supports CVS Health’s corporate mailroom by producing, processing, and distributing high‑volume correspondence in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. This role operates large‑scale digital production printers and automated folding/inserting equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and strict adherence to timelines.

The individual is responsible for verifying print jobs against provided documentation, completing printing, folding, inserting, postage application, and final mail completion within defined service‑level expectations. As part of a 24/7, 365‑day operation, this role works with sensitive healthcare information and must consistently follow privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high‑volume digital production printers to produce customer communications
  • Perform folding, inserting, and envelope processing using large‑class automated inserter machines
  • Verify print jobs and mail files against documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Apply appropriate postage and complete final mail processing within strict timeframes
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security requirements
  • Support additional mailroom functions as assigned
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment to meet sensitive deadlines

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a print or mailroom environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft business applications (Excel, Outlook, PDF tools)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating Neopost or Pitney Bowes inserter machines
  • Experience with Xerox production‑class printers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a high‑volume, regulated, or production‑based environment

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED (required and verifiable)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
