Summary:
As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current systems and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning to cloud environments. This role includes strategizing and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration efforts with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to deliver seamless cloud adoption that supports future growth and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of migration phases while maintaining quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Move Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying automated workflows for cloud migration processes.
- In-depth understanding of cloud service models and deployment strategies across private and public clouds.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Experience with scripting and configuration management tools to support infrastructure as code practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
