This Position reports to:
Product ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support in managing ABB’s digital low voltage switchgear offerings to the targeted market segments, in line with the market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. You will support the business results by being involved in the product offering lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a customer advocate and incorporating feedback to enhance product features, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Work model: On-site (#on-site)
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Responsible for digital low voltage technical support (Level 3).
• Further contributing to development and communication of the strategic vision and roadmap for low voltage digital offerings.
• Understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support the definition of digital product goals and objectives.
• Identifying potential gaps in the portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities.
• Analyzing market data, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and help prioritizing feature development.
Qualifications for the role:
• You are immersed in product lifecycle management function in switchgear market.
• You have experience in advanced technical support in digital switchgear applications, marketing & sales, tendering, engineering.
• You are familiar with PLM to manage support request process and in product training.
• Degree in electrical engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically & internationally.
