Job Description:
1. Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
2. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
3. Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
4. Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews..
5. Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
6. Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
7. Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth
8. Provide training for all staff as necessary
9. Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
10. Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
11. Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates
12. Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards. Manage store capacity.
13. Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
14. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings . Attend monthly managers meetings.
15. Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
16. Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.
