We partner with local organizations to provide emergency food resources, nutrition education, and safe, joyful spaces to play, move and connect. Ultimately, we aim to reduce the prevalence of chronic disease by addressing social determinants of health.

Program Lead – My Block Program – Neighborhood Safety

CHALK’s evidence-based My Block program launched in 2024 to increase access to physical activity by improving and activating public space.
