Essential Responsibilities:

• Focus on developing new talent throughout the entire production process.

• Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement.

• English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel.

• Completing standard English forms.

• Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination.

• Report directly to the department manager and plan career development.

• Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations.

• Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines.

• Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures.
• Respect of safety rules.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience/knowledge in production, processing, chemical engineering, electromechanical technology, or equivalent.

• CET-6 English certificate.

• Regular work hours, occasionally requiring three-shift work (7:00-15:00, 15:00-11:00, 11:00-7:00).

• Good team spirit
