Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote agility and efficiency within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of business agility.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Gathering and analysing business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods
- Creating and maintaining user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts to clearly define and prioritize requirements
- Creating process flows and other visualizations to help stakeholders understand and visualize business processes and requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and user stories
- Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure that requirements are understood and properly implemented
- Participating in agile development meetings, including sprint planning and review meetings
- Supporting the development team by answering questions and providing guidance on business requirements
- Ensuring that the product meets the needs of the business and aligns with the overall business strategy
- Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer satisfaction and success
- Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work
- Provide high-quality analytical solutions for the key stakeholders
- To increase the business value, collaborate with the product owner to create the product backlog by using Agile practices
- Develop business cases by working closely with product managers to develop business cases.
- Support Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service
- Facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up
- Create low or high-fidelity prototypes accordingly with UX/UI team.
- Provide subject matter proficiency in specific functional area(s) to the assigned Scrum team
- Keeping up to date with industry best practices and agile methodologies
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Experience in developing and implementing business transformation strategies.
- Understanding of technical business area related to the projects taken
- Expert in conceptual modelling; visualize possible solutions innovatively
- Excellent proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to critically question to help the team foresee the future problems
- Ability to file the requirements based on the project
- Ability to understand the Agile development process
- Familiarity with requirement techniques such as informal modelling, use cases, user stories. These are the primary techniques used by Agile teams for requirements gathering.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents / tools:
? Process Flow Analysis
? Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
? Experience working with developers
? Experience with Cloud Solutions and NoSQL databases
? Basic competence in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript)
? Requirements Definition
? Configuration Workbook
? Data Models
? Detailed Functional Design
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
