Summary: As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will engage in configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, managing back office system data records, and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments to ensure seamless network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting network issues and implementing corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and telecommunications standards. - Experience with network management tools and software. - Ability to analyze network performance metrics and implement improvements. - Familiarity with configuration management and change control processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
