GSK is looking for a Distribution Planner responsible for designing and managing the distribution program of medical samples, original giveaway items, familiarization packages, and/or promotional materials from the Distribution Center to the final destinations, in accordance with the commercial area’s requirements, taking into account operational capacity (pick and pack), cost optimization, time, and logistical resources.
Main Responsibilities
Designing and managing distribution programs for medical samples, original giveaway items, familiarization packages, and/or promotional materials related to the salesforce and Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
Using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (“On Time In Full”), logistical costs, and inventory turnover (promotional materials).
Registration and management of promotional materials in GSK systems and the 3PL (Logistics Operator).
Management and monitoring of cold chain handling and ambient temperature control from the distribution center’s dispatch to evidence delivery and report generation.
Quality commitment management as per the role (Deviations, CAPAs (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions), Change Controls, GTILs (Distribution Incidents), updates, and creation of procedures, etc.).
Administrative management for access to the industrial park.
Monthly review and validation of supplier expenses.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a field related to the pharmaceutical industry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
At least 2 years of experience in demand planning activities.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strategic thinking, results-oriented focus, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Intermediate English.
Preferred:
Proficiency in software such as Power BI, Tableau, or business intelligence tools.
