Job Responsibilities:

• Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitors

• Install and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products

• Install corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptops

• Systems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level support

• Provide phone support to users as 1st level support

• Reset user’s password based on verbal authentication

Job Requirements:

• Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitors

• Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products

• Relevant working experience in casino or hotel industry will be an advantage

• Bachelor degree preferred but not mandatory

• Fluent in writing and spoken English and Chinese

• Self-motivate and willing to learn
