As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions that integrate with SAP Materials Management modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional requirements.
- Familiarity with change management principles and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
