The Search & Find Crew’s objective is to drive profitable growth across the Home Buying portfolio by identifying prospective customers and providing more reasons or guidance to help them choose CBA for their next home loan. In partnership with other home buying crews and stakeholders, our crew provide personalised experiences throughout the early stages of purchasing a home and securing a loan, pre-empting our customers’ needs and making the process intuitive, seamless and enjoyable.
Within the Search & Find Crew, squads are responsible for the identification and conversion of new home loan opportunities, marketing initiatives, offers, digital content, digital tools and 1 to 1 personalised conversations that’s empowered by advanced data and analytical capabilities. The Consider, Nurture and Convert squad focuses on empowering customers to make informed decisions about their home loan needs by providing personalised and timely support, leveraging data-driven insights to identify and engage with prospects at the right moment in their home buying journey.
We are currently looking to recruit a 12 month secondment / fixed term role.
Your impact and contribution
This position seeks to ensure the strategic positioning of CBA as market leader in Home Loan products is reached by proactively identifying a customer’s home loan needs and property goals while driving improved sales funnel conversion.
Home Loans is the largest product and contributes the most to the retail bank financial result within CBA. The ideal candidate will have a solid banking product background, preferably within home buying and have some prior strategy experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with their Product Owner and other cross-functional squad members by providing your home buying market and product knowledge to ensure the squad initiatives support the Home Buying domain’s priorities and deliver the growth outcome. This could include lead generation opportunities, customer engagement and supporting frontline with relevant initiatives. The candidate will be analytical minded and have proven experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders.
