JOB PURPOSE 

Reporting into the Data team for Unilever Food Solutions Spain—specialized in the HORECA channel—you will lead and coordinate key Digital Transformation projects that drive efficiency, commercial digitalization, and the adoption of internal tools. Your mission will be to plan, oversee, and execute high-impact digital initiatives, ensuring process standardization, improved user experience, and the successful implementation of new solutions for the different business teams. You will act as a key facilitator between areas (Sales, Marketing, Data, Ecommerce, and Development), ensuring business needs are translated into scalable, high-value digital solutions. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet. Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Digital Project Management & Coordination 

  • Coordinate, oversee, and ensure delivery of all Digital Transformation projects (including Ecommerce, AVE sheet updates, and new internal tools). 
  • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating user needs into specifications for technical teams. 
  • Monitor, control, and report on project progress, ensuring timelines, quality, and effective implementation. 

Adoption, Engagement & User Experience 

  • Increase engagement and proper usage of key digital tools (CRM, UVE, Power BI, commercial systems…). 

  • Improve usability and user experience (UX) of digital platforms, identifying functional improvements and proposing evolutions. 

  • Support users throughout the implementation of new functionalities and processes, acting as a digital reference. 

Standardization & Operational Excellence 

  • Design, document, and standardize digital processes for planning, execution, and monitoring. 

  • Define and maintain frameworks and methodologies ensuring consistency in project execution. 

  • Create dashboards and reports for decisionmaking, ensuring reliable and actionable data. 

Digital Marketing & Contact Strategy 

  • Lead the correct technical implementation of processes linked to the Contact Strategy within the Digital Marketing ecosystem. 

  • Ensure that tools support coherent and efficient segmentation, activation, and measurement. 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Coordinate multifunctional and regional teams. 

  • Align business and technology to ensure success of digital initiatives. 

  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders and senior leadership 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5 years of experience in Digital transformation / e-Commerce field 

  • Experience managing digital transformation projects, acting as a bridge between users, business, and technical teams.  

  • Knowledge of UX/UI aimed at optimizing internal tool user experience.  

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.  

  • Analytical mindset, organization, autonomy, and strong results orientation.  

  • High level of English.  

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and understanding of contactability strategies. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Passion for gastronomy and the HORECA channel.  

  • Communication skills, leadership, and usercentric mindset.  

  • Experience with management and analytics tools: CRM (ideally SAGE) and visualization tools such as Power BI.
