JR48457 Intern - Manufacturing (Polytechnic Students)

As a manufacturing intern, you will be experiencing first-hand on the world leading NAND manufacturing process in F10 Micron, guided hands-on maintenance activities on manufacturing tool and insights to the daily operations of a world class fabrication plant.

Scope:

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to learn and be introduced to the following in a wafer fabrication plant:

• the different manufacturing processes available in the F10 Micron.

• Assigned to a mentor who will guide and share with you on the different maintenance events, manufacturing tool release procedure, planning and execution of continuous improvement projects in your internship journey and how all these different pieces of a puzzle come together to impact the manufacturing metrics.

• This role will develop the critical thinking and growth mindset along with strategic planning and execution skills in you.

Deliverables:

• To demonstrate basic understanding of the different manufacturing processes and tool releases post maintenance events

• To be able to understand and show basic proficiency in performing hands-on for the different scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events

• To display basic understanding and proficiency in the planning and execution of a continuous improvement project

• To illustrate understanding of manufacturing metrics and their impacts
