Responsibilities

• Assist transportation brokers with managing and processing insurance submissions, quotes, binders, and policy documents.
• Track submission activity and follow up on outstanding quotes or documentation.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain rates, endorsements, and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate data entry in the agency management system and ensure all documents are organized and filed properly.
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, endorsements, and evidence of coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Compliance) to ensure seamless policy servicing.
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support broker efforts to grow transportation accounts through market research and administrative assistance.
• Monitor renewal timelines and assist with preparation of renewal materials.
