What success looks like in this role:

•    Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analytics into channel and campaign performance for social media, digital advertising, search, SEO, content and website 
•    Streamline and enhance reporting processes for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
•    Proactively identify and recommend data-driven strategies to improve website performance and drive quality engagements
•    Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and improve key performance metrics
•    Continuously analyze and develop insights from analytics to support decision-making
•    Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools for tracking and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs)
•    Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
•    Manage data accuracy, attribution, and reporting systems
•    Validate data integrity in all analyses performed

You will be successful in this role if you have:

•    BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
•    At least 2 years' experience with GA/GTM
•    At least 2 years' experience in an analytical role, reporting on KPIs and providing insights to stakeholders
•    Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
•    Experience with user behavior analysis tools such as Content Square is a plus
•    Strong ability to compile accurate reports and present findings in a clear, concise manner
•    Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex topics to both internal and external stakeholders
•    Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data integrity and accuracy
